US AI4Good Inc, a Delaware nonstock nonprofit corporation. State of operations: New York. Federal tax status: 501(c)(3) tax-exempt private foundation under Section 509(a), determination letter on file from the IRS, effective November 16, 2023. Contributions are tax-deductible under Section 170.

Will register with the NY Charities Bureau and any additional states where solicitation triggers a registration requirement before opening public donations.
